Returning A Product
Returns: A Simple 3-Step Process
  1. Contact us by phone to request an RGA# (Returned Goods Authorization No.)
  2. We will discover the location of the product's origination point
  3. We will fax you a completed form so products can be properly returned


Important Notes About Returns
1. Location: We ship products from many locations, but all orders and returns are coordinated through our main office. Following the above steps assures products are returned to the proper location.

2. Faxed Form: The RGA form is faxed to you so you have a written record for your files.

3. Restocking Fee: If we make an error processing your order we pay for the return shipping of the product. If you make an ordering error you will pay a 25% restocking fee plus the shipping expense to return the product.

4. Product Condition: All returned products must be in the original packaging and in the original condition. The product is of no value to our company if we cannot sell it at a later date.

5. Time Frame: You have 15 calendar days to return a product using the issued RGA#. After that period the RGA# becomes void. You may return a product up to 60 days after receiving the order.

6. Shipping Damage: Occasionally a product is damaged in shipping. Your shipment is insured for its full value. By refusing the shipment or, signing for it as "damaged" the carrier is required to pay for the damage. Unfortunately, most customers are not aware of these rules and simply sign for the shipment "as is". This relieves the carrier from responsibility and leaves you with a worthless shipment. Sometimes the damage can be resolved, most times not.

7. Credits: Once we have received your return, we issue a "Credit Memo". This form is faxed to you and details the item(s) purchased, full purchase price, and deductions for shipping or restocking fees. Your refund can be issued to your credit card or sent by check, which ever method you prefer.

8. Special Orders: Custom products manufactured just for you cannot be returned.

9. Returns to Main Office: Occasionally returns are sent directly to our main office without first contacting us. This creates several problems, the most important being you are unlikely to be credited for your return. Contact us first so we can ensure the products are sent to the appropriate location.
