We have listed a number of Bobrick product and ordering tips below:
Soap Dispensers: Our new site lists a number of replacement parts for Soap Dispeners.
This includes both replacement valves and soap level windows.
Grab Bars: Ordering Grab Bars is now easier than before.
The models that were not very popular have been discontinued, so there's only a few model left to select from.
When ordering, simply select your size and if you require the peened grip. Models that include the peened
grip have a ''.99'' at the end of the model. Example: 6806.99 x 24
Spindles: If you require replacement spindles you'll find we stock the most popular models.
There is also a Spindle Guide available to help ensure you select the right replacement part.
Bob Keys: We stock replacement Bobrick keys that seem to dissapear all the time.
These keys are easy to identify as the will say ''CAT 74'' on the side of the key.
Shipping: After you place your order, we'll look at your item list and your location.
If it is faster and less expensive, we will have one of the Bobrick factory locations ship your order.
They have locations in CA, TN and NY.
Catalogs: We try to keep Bobrick Catalogs in stock so we can send them to our customers that need them.
However, we've had lots of problems getting catalogs from the factory and never seem to have enough.
If you need a Bobrick Catalog contacting the factory directly is your best bet.
They will have the nearest representative either bring one by or send one in the mail.
We are in the Quick Ship business and able to fill most every order fast.
This also means that we do not get into the business of doing long-term bids for construction projects.
The bidding process has its own set of rules and requirements. We leave that to others.
