Door Closers

• Non-handed for regular, top jamb and parallel arm applications.
• Adjustable backcheck is standard. Provides cushioning for uncontrolled door openings.
• Backcheck positioning valve is standard. Maintains effective backcheck range on parallel arm applications. The valve is accessible while the closer is installed.
• Available with optional delayed action adjusted with a separate independent valve. Delays door closing to allow unimpeded passage through the opening.
• Streamline (slim) plastic cover standard. Full plastic cover is available.
• Designed to minimize change in closing speed during severe temperature changes.

Door Alarms

The 100 series is designed to mount directly to the door, but can optionally be mounted to the wall.  When mounted to a door, a magnet (furnished) is mounted to the frame.  As the door opens, the alarm and magnet become too far apart to "communicate", setting off the alarm.

The cylinder used is a standard mortise cylinder, but is sold separately.  You may furnish your own or order at the same time as the alarm.

If you decide to mount the unit to a wall, you will need a magnetic switch to apply to the door.  Wires from the switch will run to the alarm.

The unit is powered by a standard 9v battery and has an output of 90 decibels at 6'.  The alarm will sound for 2 minutes, shut off, then re-arm itself.
