Mag Lock
This set-up requires a special type mag lock that has built-in remote control features.

Transformer
Reduces the power from 115V down to 12VDC.
There are transformers that plug into an electrical outlet and also transformers that are hard wired.

Key Fob
Key fob sends a signal directly to the mag lock via radio frequency.
Pressing the button temporarily unlocks the mag lock, allowing access.
